My mother passed away roughly 2 weeks ago and I wish to cancel her contract. I've had to shut her bank account down and I've been trying to call Plusnet to notify them of my mum's passing, but they hang up immediately.
Can someone please get in touch with me to let me know what I'm supposed to do next?

Could you send me a private message Here with her account username (or full address if you don't know it) so I can locate the account and advise on the easiest way to cancel the services?
