More random call to 123

Hello Everyone,

I have seen many posts like this one on the community.

On this month's bill I have noticed a charge of 50p on a random 1 second call made to the number 123.

At home we do not even own a physical phone so it would be impossible for us to have made the call and it is in fact the first and only call ever made on the account.

Can I get plusnet's support on this issue?
