Hi,I have just received my monthly email for my direct debit amount and it has gone up by £4 a month.
No information as to why,can anyone help?

Rises in line rental apart, it's usually because your contract has expired and at least part of your deal has reverted to a higher price. If that is the case you may be able to reverse the increase by re-contracting.
