Just received my broadband bill for August.
I'm still on fixed price monthly contract but this month the bill is £9.09 higher than usual.
Looking at the invoice detail, the broadband and line rental are the same but the discounts are lower.
Not sure why this would be.
Contract ends 3rd October 2024.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The incorrect amount was taken by the direct debit but the refund that was going to be paid hasn't arrived yet.
