Monthly Fibre being overcharged since renewal - £10.00 discount isn't being applied - 4 months run

Hello, would somebody be able to iron out this issue please.?

I renewed in October 19 - accepting an offer from Plusnet.

Since then the fibre cost has been overcharged each month by £10.00.

I have spoken with customer services each time, the bill is issued, and they have applied a refund.

I'd rather not have to call each month for the length of the contract if possible.

I'm sincerely sorry you've had to get in touch with us each month regarding your pricing despite agreeing a new contract with us in October 2019 that should bring down the pricing. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the frustration caused. I've checked over the account & provided a more detailed response over a complaint support ticket for you here.
