Month Refund.

Way back when i first joined, i paid for a months broadband which did not work.  i asked back then if i would get my money back and they said yes.
However im not sure if I got this money refunded/discounted and since they support section of the portal is just impossible to navigate, im asking if i did or did not recieve this money since I will be cancelling my account due  to my circumstances.

Have you checked your bank statements? Typically PN refund to the account from which payment is taken rather than reducing bills.
