Money hasn't gone out of bank

Could someone from Plusnet contact me in regards to my bill, it was due to go out on 13th however it was bank holiday yesterday so presumably it would go out today yet it hasn't? i don't want to be left without internet again lile last month so if possible please contact me a Plusnet agent.

If you're paying by DD it will come out automatically and usually is the day or so after a weekend / bank holiday.
You should be able to see if your bank has rejected the the DD.

I'd recommend allowing a few more days because of the bank holiday.

We'll let you know should the payment fail for any reason. Let us know if there are issues.
