Money back offer

Could anyone please help? I signed up to PlusNet on 09.01.18; and went live on 23.01.18.

I have since remembered when reading info on Money Expert which influenced my choice; there was a money back incentive.

However I have been unable to find any information relating to this on PlusNet information received, or how to claim this.

Can you please help with this thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't heard about cashback yet.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like your account was created under a cashback offer. In addition, even if it was I'm afraid it's likely to be forfeit now due to the length of time that has passed since your services went live.
