Money Supermarket £75 cashback

Hello,
I just signed up. I opened the account through the Money Supermarket link which promised £75 cash back.

I have tried to contact you through the online chat. Unfortunately there is no response and it keeps just telling me to try back later.

I followed the 75-pound link from moneysupermarket... Unfortunately when it linked through to Plusnet sign up pages, there is no mention of the money or how to claim it. Furthermore I have received three welcome emails from plusnet concerning direct debit email address ercetera, but again absolutely no mention is made of the £75. Please confirm the £75 is attached to my account and tell me what I will need to do in order to claim it?

The cashback issued to your once a claim form is filled in. This is sent to the email address provided to us 10 days after the service is activated. 

The correct code is listed on your account, so when the services has activated please let us know if after 10 days you haven't had the claim email.

Thank you for the information. It would be more helpful if this was made clear at the point where the customer is signing up instead of buried in some impossible to find FAQ. I look forward to filing another unnecessary form!
