Due to the many billing and missing referrals complaint threads of which I've only read a few, I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned, but I just saw this Money Saving Expert article linked to over on ThinkBroadband courtesy of @jelv
It seems that PN are claiming only a few people are affected, and that the missing referrals are not linked to the new billing system.
"If you cancelled a Plusnet service last month and have been told a payment has been taken, you can call 0800 432 0200 to report this. Plusnet says it will also be contacting all affected ex-customers too."
Looking forward to hearing from plusnet soon . Plusnet's approach to ex-customers reminds me of that line from hotel California 'you can check out but you can never leave ' 😉
