Mobile billing Issue - new way to get more money ?

I am not sure what is happening to your mobile billing system..but it is a bad way to get more money from your customers. Sad
I took out the £6.50 mth sim and thought it was a good deal for my needs. However, the last time i was billed it was for £23 this was for 2x £6.50 monthly payments and a £10 late payment fee. Now this would seem reasonable if I had missed a payment as it would suggest, but it was billing who failed to take the payment  nor did they contact me as would be usual to say it wasn't taken etc.
I just paid last time..couldn't be bothered arguing yet again over billing, however the same thing has happend this month with just an email to say £10 late payment fee applied. what is most annoying..these late fees are applied befor 9am on the due date.
I will obviously pay the £13 due once this is sorted out..but i will not pay the late payment fee and would like the last late payment fee already paid...refunded to my bank.

I don't think I am being unreasonable and my alternative is to cancel and  go with a PAYG sim from another provider. Sad

sorry to say i am back again..I thought this was sorted @Mads and @abails0105 sorted it out and credited the £10 late payment fee back into my account. I then paid the bill knowing the credit would cover the late payment fee and my account shows as clear...except for the new balance which has just come in for £6.50. All good now I thought...but hey..the post just arrived with a letter from plus net threatening to close my account and to take it further notifying credit agencies etc for an outstanding balance of £10 for the late fees...which were paid via the credit back.!!!!! 

Now I am not a kid who uses the phone all the time..I am a pensioner with health and mobility problems ..i have a basic phone and call package for emergency's and do not appreciate all this hassle. can you please sort this out once and for all. 

You guys on here are great..have always been helpful..

@MatthewWheeler  managed to take a pic on my laptop...sent it via PM. Still think it is unfair to expect me to do all this fiddling about when the error is not on my side. Sad
