Missing reward card

Hi, can anybody help. I went live on the 29 th September, I filled out my form for my reward card and was excepted on the 8th of October when I contacted plusnet to find out where it was they told me that they have no evidence of it and I should contact the card issuers. Surely this is not the job of the customer. Is there anybody than can help me. Thanks

Hey @Minh68  it normally takes up to 30 days for it to be shipped out it sounds like something has gone wrong with the shipping if you call Blackhawk at 0344 800 6435. They will be able to help you out here from our end it looks to be rewarded when you can please call that number
