Missing cheque

Hi,

I have left plusnet. After putting in a complaint Carl Tomlinson advised in writing on 04/09 that I would receive a cheque to my new address. I haven't received anything and it's been 19 days. Can someone help please?

It looks like your original cheque went to your previous address so I'm sorry about that. 

 

There's a request that was passed to our billing team yesterday for a new cheque so that should reach you soon.
