Good afternoon,
When I logged into my account I had a panel on my dashboard suggesting I could get a new deal once my existing deal ends. I didn't click on it but went to view my bills instead. When I went back, I received the error message:
An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.
How can I bypass this error and view my available renewal deals online?

This issue is still occurring, I'm 2 days from my fixed deal expiring and having no luck getting in touch with Support on Twitter.
Are any Plusnet customer service staff around that can sort my account out?
