Missing £75 cashback

Hi - my service went live on 30th August but I still haven't received the email to claim my Cashback. I've also checked my spam email folder. Can someone please help with this.

Hi @sborch,

 

I'm sorry you've not received the claim email. I've just checked the third party portal and it looks like the link's now expired so can't be claimed so I've sent it off to our billing department to issue out the cashback method from here in stead. We should have an update in the next day or so that it's been issued.
