Missing £60 cashback

I signed up for Plusnet in September when the cashback offered was £60, I've never received an email to claim this, have checked spam etc and nothing. Could someone check for me please?

I’ve also never received an email and now told it’s expired.
Been on the phone for over 30 minutes to try and resolve with one of your colleagues and passed over to a team leader. I then got cut off so no resolution.
I’ve returned to plusnet for the second time but really not impressed.
Please update me with a resolution as this is totally unacceptable
