Migration to PN - Connected but....

Dear Plusnet,
Looks like we've connected as i can see the router has picked up your DNS settings. However, the router says wrong username/password, but i know they're correct and the settings in the router are correct. (cross referenced with identical router on the PN network)
I looked on the forum and noticed this person has the same issue.

Please could you look into asap as this is a Mail sever line. Have spoken to CS on the phone, but they said to wait until midnight, which we would like to avoid as we're holding back our email.

Called PN and got them to manually activate.
