Migration from BT

Hi
Migrating from BT order was placed in the 27th of July and have had no contact from support regarding a date.
Any ideas what's going on?

Plusnet do not appear to have any system in place to monitor that orders are progressing.
It seems that orders can fall into black holes and are only noticed when customers contact Plusnet to query the lack of progress.
Posting on here was probably the correct thing to do.

I'm very sorry to hear there's been a delay in your orders being placed. I can see that this has now been progressed by a colleague of mine and we are now awaiting a confirmation of the migration date. This information will be updated on Ticket: 90394288 for you.
