Hi,
I am in the middle of migrating away to a new supplier, however it turns out they couldn't take my line over when they were supposed to due to 1571 being on the line, as a result I doubt they will take the line over by the date they were originally supposed to. I have this ticket showing in the member centre stating that " A LLU PSTN cease has been placed on this account. This is due to complete on 26/08/2015 23:59:59. "
Does this mean that on that date I will end up with no phone / internet?

Looks like your broadband is due to leave us on the 26th, but there's no orders in place against the phone line.
At a bit of a guess, I'd say your new provider is probably planning on transferring the phone after they've taken ownership of the broadband.
