Migrating away in a couple of days but no leaving communication

Have hunted through emails and physical post (where all other providers have sent sorry you are leaving) but no letters from PlusNet at all.

Migration is due on 23rd

The migration away was instigated as result of the price email received on 27th April, so I know I normally see PlusNet emails.

Re: Migrating away in a couple of days but no leaving communication

Same here, but there is a ticket on my account dated the day after I signed up with a new ISP, showing that PN are expecting the migration to take place, and the date it is scheduled for, so have a look at "Open/Closed Questions" for the past couple of weeks.

Thanks

Forgot to look there and have taken a peek and nothing about migration away

I have direct debit notifications (which I get via email too)

Bandwidth usage reset (why not sure as on unlimited, but never see in email)

My migration is due on the 24th. I had  a letter and email saying my phone was moving but they hadn't been notified about broadband. They would send me another letter regarding broadband. Heard nothing but on phoning they knew about and said no problem. Time will tell. Never changed ISP so a new experience.

Bandwith usage is reset at the end of every billing period for everyone.

@salmo  When I migrated from BT to PN, the "Sorry you are leaving" e-mail arrived less than 24 hrs after I signed up with PN.

Re: Migrating away in a couple of days but no leaving communication

Just online chatted and PlusNet can see the migration in place and accounts should close up with final payments once its happened.

Not very confidence inspiring when other things that are meant to take place have not actually happened though, so will be keeping an eye out.

Re: Migrating away in a couple of days but no leaving communication

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received correspondence from us with regards to transferring your services to a new provider. I can see that this has happened now. We'll work out your final bill and update you shortly.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
