Migrated out/ account closed

I have migrated out and there were no fees to pay. Access to my online account has also been removed so I can no longer check messages etc. There is a refund due for unused service, how long can I expect that to take, as I would like to cancel the direct debit before it is next due?

The refund was processed on Friday so it should be in your account by the end of next week at the latest
