Metronet to Plusnet move?

Hi,
After many satisfied years of service from Metronet, I am now interested in moving to Plusnet to take up the Extra Broadband and Anytime Calls option.
I have read a few stories of this process not being as smooth as might be imagined and I would appreciate knowing the right 'steps' to take in the right order.
Anyone have experiences of this, and/or advice to offer?
All much appreciated.
Thank you

Re: Metronet to Plusnet move?

Hi there,
If you call our regular support number (0800 432 0200) and choose either Sales or Customer Options (i.e. you're thinking of leaving us) either will be able to arrange it for you. Sales will most likely be answered more quickly but Customer Options will be able to offer a discount, so it's your call Smiley
Hope that helps.
