Metronet to Plusnet migration...

I want to move from Metronet to the parent Plusnet - I recently got charged over £30 for going over the 10GB limit on PAYGo Option 3 - Plusnet seem to offer better value in case this ever happens again.
Do I really need to spend ages on the phone waiting to get through just to get a MAC to move from one part of the company to another?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. No you don't need a MAC for this. It can be done by giving our sales team a call on 0845 140 0200 (option 3). They should manage creating a new account and the transfer of your details from one account to the other before closing the old one.
