Metronet to Plusnet done online (cashback...)?

I'd like to migrate from Metronet to Plusnet and integrate my phone from BT..
I've read previous topics where the recomendation was to call the support line and speak to sales or customer services to move the broadband account.
I'd like to know if it's possible to request the migration online, as I can then gain cashback through topcashback.
Does this seem like a reasonable course or will it a) mess it up or b) generate charges or extra confusion.
Jeremy.

Hi Jeremy,
I'm afraid that this doesn't count as a migration as you're moving from one Plusnet brand to another, so you wouldn't be entitled to a cashback offer through an affiliate website.
