Merge accounts?

I don't know if this is possible, but due to changes in circumstances I wondered if I could move my referrals to another account?
I have a long standing plusnet account, with a few referrals over the years.
One of the referrals was my girlfriend, whom I am due to move in with fairly soon.
She has no referrals, but since I do, I would hate to lose them.
Is it possible to merge the accounts?
We are also thinking of upgrading to fibre broadband, as it's available to us.
Could it all be done at the same time?
I expect not, but thought it worth asking rather than simply assume it impossible.
Any help would be appreciated.

If not, you could cancel her account, and transfer yours.

Yes that is possible, but the downside is the internet could be off for an undefined period.
My girlfriend is doing a OU honours degree, so we need the internet on with as little disruption as possible.
I thought merging my referrals onto the existing account might be a quicker option, I actually don't mind if my name is on the account or not.

Even if you cancel your account you will still receive the referrals, as a payment into your bank account I believe, when the total reaches a predetermined amount
