Can someone remove the NAG screen on member center home page    i do  NOT want to set up a Direct Debit , nor do i intend to .
TBH am getting sick of seeing this every time i log in

Hi rongtw,
I am sorry about the notification pop  up on the home screen of your members centre homepage. I have looked into this for you and found that it can be turned off but it would require you to call us to re-provide your card details to save them onto your account so we can adjust your payment method. By doing this it should stop the notification popping up.

@Ben B , can you please show accounts how to achieve this, as the lady i spoke to was unable to have a good outcome

I can't see why that should have been an issue so I'll get some feedback passed on.

EDIT: I've just reviewed this and can see the agent did the right thing and tried to do as we suggested, however it didn't work as expected.
Have you tried clearing your browsers history and cache?

Hi Adam , have cleared cookies &n cache , ran Ccleaner  and it still there

So i can presume its impossible to remove it from the home screen

It would appear to be that way as I too have the nag screen ever since I changed banks. The DD didn't migrate as it should have done and I also provided my card details to have it removed, but its still there. For all it is, there is just something about it that winds me up and I hardly ever log in!

I totally Agree Mook      its soo annoying every time i log in to get a Chuffin nag screen
