In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I think the message needs updating

Thanks for taking the time to flag this, @HPsauce.

We're aware of an incident where customers are unable to log in to the Member's Centre or place new orders.

We have a high priority ticket open for this, and our support teams are working to get this resolved as quick as they can.

Once we have more updates I'll be sure to come back and let everyone know.
