Member Centre and Communication Preferences

Everytime i log into the member centre, it keeps telling me that i have not updated my communicatin preferences for 6 months. However if i go into it and change them and apply it. I then get an email to say this has been updated but the banner still remains. Anyone finding this ?

This has been ongoing for months. I have lost count of the number of times that I have updated my communication preferences but nothing ever changes. I just ignore it now.

It is just one of a number of issues that are showing on the account and billing section of the website.
