Member Centre Account Updates ??

hi,
Im wondering how long it takes to update my member centre account? Its still under "we're processing your order" stage. I got an activation date of 16th Jan, my router was attempted to be delivered on saturday (wouldnt fit through letterbox) I got no email & a text message a day later saying it had been sent out. Ive got to take time off work to collect router from P.O Main Sorting office as it is only open til 12.15pm weekdays.
My DD was set up beginning of last week (showing on my online banking)
Will i be updated on activation day ? i.e its still going ahead, phone call from BTOR engineer etc ?

16th Jan between 1pm - 6pm , just curious  why my member centre acc hasnt been updated since my DD has been set up etc

Well Craig, under what heading does it say 'where processing your order'. If it's under sign-up it's the same as mine!

Okay Craig, I think then you need to either raise a ticket or get on the telephone to speak to Plusnet

Like I said, router was attempted delivery on Saturday & then on Sunday i got a txt msg saying we've sent out your router. Strange  Huh Huh Will phone later on

It just looks like for some reason your details have not been updated. I noticed this morning the Member Centre crashed - could be related. I'm sure all is fine, but just to stop any worries I'd ring. Odd that Plusnet staff has not picked up this thread.

Hi there,
Looks like all is fine on the account? Not sure why the member centre hasn't updated (sorry about that) but I can assure you all is on course to go live once the engineer has visited and installed the fibre.
