Max Premium product

Hello guys
I have migrated from ADSL to FTTC, so the Max Premium product no longer is required on my account.
I noticed I'm still being charged for it. Could you please cancel it?
As a feedback, you may want to look inot a way of ensuring Max Premium is automatically removed from accounts that migrate from ADSL to Fibre-based products.

I'll ensure that the Max Premium is refunded back to you and you'll receive this within the next 5-7 working days. I'm sorry this wasn't done automatically and I'll raise this internally to see what can be done to have this removed automatically.
