Max Premium (PT001) charge after fibre upgrade

Hi 

 

When I had ADSL I had the Max Premium service, as upload was very slow.

I now have fibre so no longer need Max Premium but cant find where to cancel the service in my portal?

Probably best contacting the helpdesk tomorrow Jez. They should be able to sort it.

@jezmjohn, you just marked this topic as solved, presumably because future "Max Premium" charges have now been canceled.  But did you get a refund for the unexpected "Max Premium" charges you have already paid since upgrading to fibre ?
