Mastercard 'Gift Card' - please advise

Hi staff,

When my telephone and broadband order was placed, Plusnet were offering a Mastercard gift card / reward card as part of their new business promotion.

I understand that an email is subsequently sent out regarding this and that you have to apply for the card to be posted out to you. Can you please advise when this can be expected? - many thanks.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't heard anything back from this yet. I have taken a look into this and raised a ticket to your account regarding this issue, which can be viewed here.

So Plusnet email with cashback claim form attached to be expected on or before next Wednesday (11th July) then - thank you again guys.
