Marketing calls without permission

I opted out of all marketing calls / emails / post etc when I joined. This is clearly visible in my account. So why is Plusnet repeatedly calling me to tie into a new contract? Do you not care about GDPR?

More calls from you again just now! This is beyond unacceptable. If I receive another call I'll be reporting this to the ICO.

My apologies that these calls have continued today. I can see that my colleague has requested that you're removed from all outbound contact and expect this to be processed for you shortly - I've also chased this again on your behalf.
