Market 1 to Market 2: Price reduction

Happy New Year to all!
I was looking at the costs of the new Unlimited option via the link Bob Pullen posted in the Essentials/Unlimited thread. I checked the status on my exchange and it has changed from Market 1 to Market 2. So it seems the Unlimited plan would be £12.49 pm as opposed to £19.49 pm on Market 1.
Currently I am on Plusnet Premium which costs £19.99 pm as a Market 1 price.
I don't know how long the exchange has been Market 2 but shouldn't Plusnet have reduced the price to me when the change occurred?

Your product had the same price for Market 1 and 2 with the reduction only on Market 3 http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/archive/plusnet_premium_archive.shtml

Thanks for posting that Oldjim. Seems like the new Unlimited will be much better for me all round.
