Made payment at 12pm and still no connection by 21:22??

Got back from work to find the internet has still not come one, I was told at 12 it would be on immediately. Any help would be hot. My user is [Removed]for plusnet

Since posting this the green light has come on but there is still no internet connection. Very confused now, eyed resting the router and everything the broadband part of the site suggests.

I believe you've since spoken to our support team and you're back online?

You should be able to pay the outstanding balance on your account by going to www.plus.net/pay
