Madasafish

Hi. I am a PlusNet user. I also help to run a charity which had a Freenetname website and email account, which transferred to Madasafish and then to PlusNet. It has all worked well for ages, but recently I wanted to set up some new email addresses and found I can't log in to the PlusNet Members Centre. I am using the same username and password that I use successfully to log in to my email so I know they are correct. About 3 weeks ago, online chat said there was a technical problem which would be resolved in 2 weeks. When is this problem likely to be sorted please?

To do this you'll need to log into the Madasafish website rather than ours.

The Madasafish homepage does not appear to support secure https connections. If you follow the basic http link http://www.madasafish.com/ then go to My Account you are directed to the secure page https://secure.madasafish.com/myaccountdx/summary/ where, based on what Matthew said, you should be able to login. Smiley

I am really sorry but that is precisely what I tried following Matthew's advice. I have now tried it again but there are no options to add email addresses.

Thanks for your help. I think I am going to have to change supplier.

Click on the pink MatthewWheeler text in the top of Matthew's post then scroll down the resultant page to the "Contact Me" section and click on "Send Private Message"

Thanks. I tried that, thinking that it must surely be the way to go. I even found the "Contact me" section, but there is definitely no "Send Private Message" option and no hyperlink associated with the "Contact me" part. Can't imagine it makes any difference but I'm using Google Chrome

Forget that last post. For some reason the Send private Message has just appeared. Thanks for your help
