Madasafish refund?
I'm not sure if one of the PN reps could check on this for me rather than having to make another moneymaking (for PN) 'phone call to MAAF CS?
I transferred from MAAF to PN on 1st Aug last. Broadband and 'phone. My PN billing period commenced on that date. However, because of the notice period required by MAAF my account with them ceased on the 13th. I have been charged a full month at full price by MAAF, £25+
not the discounted price i was on with them..
I 'phoned re this earlier this month and was advised that as I transferred directly from MAAF to PN and shouldn't be billed for the overlap period and I would be refunded the full amount paid, £25+ after the 13th August.
To date the refund has not appeared in my bank account. Could a PN rep. please look at this for me? I can provide details of accounts via PM if required.

Not my PN account (ending in 05) but the now closed MAAF account (Brightview, owned them until bought by PN, the payee of the DD). I'll just cancel the MAAF DD anyway!
