MSE Moneysavingexpert £75 Cheque not received.

Joined on 16 May with the Moneysavingexpert offer of £75 reward cheque. No claim email and no cheque received (and MSE said the cheque is automatically sent to you).

Could Plusnet look into this please. Phones and Online Chat all busy.

I've had a check of the offer code that you're signed up on but this isn't showing as a cashback offer. Do you have any confirmation from MSE of the offer you chose through them or any screenshots of this so we can take a look into this further for you?

I'm sorry there has been no communication surrounding your cashback, I've checked an alternative system and can see your cashback has been tracked through there. As your services activated on 19/06/2019 we'd need to allow up to 60 days from then to receive the reward. Therefore, I'd advise to allow up to 18/08/019 to receive the reward, if you haven't received anything by then please do let us know and we'll investigate this further.
