I renewed my contract in June, but cancelled the unlimited calls as I make very few calls. My bill came through and I was wrongly charged £9 for them. Finally got refunded this month, but the unlimited calls still show in my products in my account. I have an open question about this. Today I get a message which reads: Can you please remove the MPF Fibre Order on the account as this may be preventing us from altering the call plan on this account? I have no idea what this is! I've replied but no answer yet!
