MAC address request

How do I request my MAC address for transfer to a new ISP ?
This used to be great, it isn't anymore and 60Gb is no longer enough now I have LoveFilm Instant.

So I'm packing my bags and moving on, good luck sorting the routing issues, I just need my magic beans first please.

Sorry to hear that you're thinking of switching providers,
Have you considered our new Unlimited package? Depending on your exchange area (enter your phone number/post code) you could get this package for £9.99 on a 12 month contract or £12.49 without a contract. However, if your exchange area is Market 1 the cost for this would be £16.99 on a 12 month contract or £19.49 with no contract option.
However, if you do feel you'd still like the MAC you can contact our Customer Options Team at any time during their office hours of Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm on the standard support number and selecting option number 5.

Not by email, but you can by paper post - see Terminating Services
