MAC Code request

i have made several attempts are trying to request my MAC code, i would like to leave as i stupidly opted for the unlimited broadband which had a limit. with 2 xbox live accounts and 2 overly used laptops all being used at the same time even the 60 gb limit is not enough.  i have used 100gb this month which has pushed my bill to way too much. so i have opted for sky truly unlimited which in my view was my only option.
please can you just send me my MAC code, i only have mobile phones on my premises so calling either number has already costed me a fortune and still no mac code, i am also not willing to write as i know i will be waiting to long for a response.  I can see why you would not send mac code easily as if i proceed without plusnet get to charge an extra £25 which again i can ill afford.

Re: MAC Code request

PlusNet will only accept MAC requests by Snail Mail or bt calling the CANCELLATIONS phone line. They will not accept notification bt Ticket or posting here,
Make sure that you request that they downgrade your account to a FREE PayG account on completion of your migration or else your email account and Portal access will cease upon migration.

Re: MAC Code request

Hi there,
As wheel_nut says I'm afraid we can't accept cancellation requests via the forum, you'll need to either write in or call our Customer Options team as per the instructions on this page: http://www.plus.net/support/customer_service/using/grass_is_greener.shtml
Sorry to hear the service isn't for you, though if you do any downloading it might be worth scheduling any large downloads between midnight and 8am as they won't then count towards your monthly limit.

check for messages in the members section.....
you may find your MAC key there if you have formally requested it.
