Loyalty discount

For the past two years or so I've had a £3.00 per month discount for staying with Plusnet for a further 12 months.
This months invoice does not include that discount.  Anyone know if it has been discontinued please?

Re: Loyalty discount

Thanks for prompt reply.  Time to put my thinking cap on to find out if there are other options.

You could of course consider the latest products if you aren't already on one http://www.plus.net/

Re: Loyalty discount

Thanks, I've been looking at Plusnet Extra but can't see any mention of webspace.  Presumably I would keep my allowance.
DD billing date is today so I'll wait until the middle of next month.
PS.  Sorry about the full quote.  I'm more used to usenet where I can highlight the part of a post I want to quote.

Re: Loyalty discount

Just reply by clicking on the reply button - lower right - and not the quote button. If you want to quote part of the preceding post just edit out the bits you don't want.
Back to the subject - you would retain all your existing addons such as webspace.

Looking at your signature I'd never have guessed you were a Usenet user! Tongue (amazing how how people who use usenet don't know how to do a proper signature)
Unfortunately that isn't recognised by the forum software so won't be automatically stripped if someone quotes you.
You need to go to PROFILE, Forum Profile Information and put your signature in there.
Incidently, have you found plusnet.service.customer-feedback on usenet.plus.net?

Re: Loyalty discount

Thanks jelv.
Sig now added to my profile.  Not been necessary up till last week as I've not posted to Plusnet forums before.  I HATE web based forums.
Yes, I have subscribed to some of the plusnet usenet groups including plusnet.service.customer-feedback where I have seen your helpful posts.

Re: Loyalty discount

TVM.
I'm still debating whether to go for Value or Extra although Extra looks better for when my Grand/Great Grand childred visit.

Re: Loyalty discount

What I would advise anyone who is unsure is if you're more inclined to err on the side of caution you could try that for a month and keep tabs on your usage figures. If its below 10gb you could downgrade to Value. Otherwise if you want to take a calculated risk try value then upgrade if you go above10gb.
