Lovely to hear from Plusnet , but this is getting really annoying...

For the past 4 days I have been receiving e-mails "Sustainable Usage Policy - Restrictions now apply to your account" indicating that I have exceeeded 30Gb on a 20Gb account and that restrictions will be applied.
Support have now confirmed tht these are incorrect and that restrictions are not in place.
Fine , you may think, but these are still comming at a rate of one every 10 minutes (precisely) and support have admitted that currently they have no resolution for this!
The effect of this is to totally clutter my mailbox, slowing down webmail, and when downloading through Windows Mail, with a rule to delete these. it still takes ages!
And presumably all of this is coming off whatever usage I do have left?
It is nice to hear from you guys from time to time but this is getting beyond a joke! Cannot someone stop these messages at the rate of 6 per hour?

Sorry, this is affecting a number of customers since the usage issue was resolved. I've just been chatting to the team that are working on this and they expect it to be recified very shortly. Thanks for your patience.

I can see that it was resolved not much after my last post.
Don't worry about that, the emails will have totalled no more than a few MB if that.
