My referral of (I think) £1.25 p/m has gone missing too - could this be looked into please? My Plusnet username is different from my forum username.

 

I don't like the removal of the old ticket system which I preferred over than the current options of online chat or phone.

There are MANY threads about missing referrals, including mine.

You can raise tickets, if you like, but the replies are often worthless.

I raised a ticket 3+ weeks ago.

I got one reply that said they couldn't say how long it might take to fix.

Then nothing, despite two invitations from me asking for an update.

I hope accounts are grinding into rapid action, as my next bill is due tomorrow.

Thanks for looking at this again. Seems like Plusnet's whole billing and referrals system is in crisis. My problem is just one of many.

I don't hold out much hope of PN ever getting to the bottom of what's happened to at least some of the missing referrals.  In my own case I've gone to great pains to explain the situation regarding a missing referral, but the latest person to reply has come up with a far fetched conclusion which appears to have been deduced, in true PlusNet fashion, from simply reading the last post of my thread.  Sad

I'll update my own thread after I summon the will to reply to the latest pathetic response from PN.

Ticket open for a month and

still no meaningful response from Plusnet's accounts section.

You will see I queried the open ticket and a response was given which I awaited my October bill. I have again requested through the ticket, having had nothing back for 2 weeks, that my referrals be thoroughly checked I have not received my missing referral from September and upon checking my referrals for this year I believe I am missing around £40.00. The trust I had with F9 built up over the last 17 years has now gone.
