I have received 4 emails since late last night stating that we are close to our home phone call credit threshold. Each one giving a completely different amount.
01/04 11.26pm - Credit threshold: £55.00 •Credit used: £38.89 •Credit remaining: £16.11
02/04 12.25am - Credit threshold: £55.00 •Credit used: £28.25 •Credit remaining: £26.75
02/04 12.28am - Credit threshold: £55.00 Credit used: £47.15 Credit remaining: £7.85
02/04 12.53am - Credit threshold: £55.00 •Credit used: £50.34 •Credit remaining: £4.66
I have logged into my account this afternoon and according to that we haven't used any credit on home phone calls (which i also find odd)? So I am completely bewildered as to what is going on? Might these be scam emails? Can anyone help?
