Looking to upgrade - but no offers available



I've been with Plusnet for a while and am looking to upgrade from my current Plusnet Unlimited broadband product to one of the Fibre packages. 


However when I go to the Offers and Upgrades page and select to upgrade my broadband, I get a message stating "Sorry, at the moment we're having problems showing our full range of products".  Is this a known issue with the site - will I have to call in order to enquire about upgrading?  Or are there no offers available to upgrade for existing customers?

Thanks for looking to upgrade! 

I've identified a problem with your account in our systems and I'm trying to fix it. 

However it doesn't look like fibre is actually available in your area. 

I'll provide an update on the system issue when I know more but let me know if you've got further queries in the meantime.
