Have been with Plusnet along time
My home phone is on the Anytime Package charge £8
I Have been looking to add mobile phone calls to my package, been told by Plusnet I can add it easily to my online phone dashboard.
24/06/20 So checking, there is nothing displayed so I pressed the button to add/remove items, nothing there but it wiped my voicemail 1571 out & Plusnet protect off;
Rang Plusnet spoke to a guy 25/06 Nicholas Keeney, 203156900 ( Task 603563) who put notes on asking for the deleted items to be put back On,
Although showing items active, they not working on my phone
I still do not know what price it would be extra to add mobile phone calls, or change to unlimited Uk calls & mobile calls.
can anybody at Plusnet help in getting my phone working with voicemail etc, and in telling me the extra price of incl mobile phone calls?
I rang last night to ask the question and told to go on my online dashboard! Not helpful
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The current anytime calls package costs £9 and includes landline and 2000 mobile minutes per month.

That's for Call Features.
To change your Call Plan, select "Offers and Upgrades" from the main Member Centre page.

it is impossible to change anything!
yes the add remove, one can normally see a list of items that can be removed or added by putting a tick in the box, this was NOT offered, it removed voicemail, & Plusnet protect immediately without me doing anything
Offers & Upgrades, only shows my call plan package, anytime package at £8.,nothing else, No other package offered
something is clearly wrong with my online account dashboard!
1571 voicemail showing as active, but phone has no voicemail on the telephone!

Thanks for getting in touch @Sparkrace22 I'm sorry for the issues.
I've placed an order with our suppliers to activate all the call features you have enabled on your account.
With regards to changing your call plan, it looks like your account's affected by a really old (and normally now rare) issue where you can't change from a legacy call plan to a current call plan while line rental saver's active.
I should be able to fix this but I'd need confirmation via your account you'd be happy with being moved across to Unlimited UK + Mobile Calls at £9 per month as of your next bill date. Could you reply to the ticket Here to confirm?

Please transfer my phone package onto the Unlimited UK and Mobile Calls Package @ £9 / month.
I have also answered the ticket 203156900 in my member centre too.
