Long wait time on phone - looking to discuss renewal/leaving

Hello,

Is anyone from Plusnet able to help?

I have been experiencing long wait times on the phoneline today (over 1 hour), I have tried at different times, and am looking to discuss the option of renewing my contract, or consider leaving.

I am unable to do this online from "My account"

Have you tried the direct line to the Customer Options Team 0800 013 2632 . 

There's usually short wait times on that number

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
