Loging in and out - Is this how it is meant to work?

Hi

If I login to my BB account via the Welcome Back screen and then logout, the screen goes back to the Welcome Back screen (as expected).

However, if I bypass the Welcome Back screen login and click on Broadband, phone & TV under My Account, I am taken back in to my account Home screen without needing to re-enter my Username or Password.

Is this how it is meant to work?

I can stop this happening by closing my Browse (FF) and re- opening.

Note: My Browser is set up to delete all cookies on exit.

I doubt it very much. Logout means logout everywhere else in the universe.

PS it does the same for me

If it does the same for you then Plusnet need to check this out ASAP and confirm it is not a security issue.

Like Brexit once meant Brexit, now we're not so sure.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. We're aware of the issue and currently have a fix in testing. If all goes well that should be live by the end of next week.
