Hi - Its most likely me, where do I find the location to log a ticket??!
The 'ticket' system is mainly not used these days, there's only a VERY limited set of requests for which a 'ticket' can be raised.
Anything else, you need to phone customers services or try here or twitter/facebook if you don't need an instant response.
